Biography
Tony Taylor retired officially in 1991 from a career that included clinical practice, research and teaching different aspects of human behavior in places and times of adversity. The former led him to work in prisons, mental hospitals, and the Courts of Justice. The latter had him involved in the aftermath of a variety of different disasters, several aspects of which he has already published, and some of which he proposes to mention today. But, he insists, his vision is not enshrouded in doom and gloom.
